ABOUT THE PASTOR

Reverend Freda Wiggins, PhD is an Ordain Minister of the Gospel. She teaches and preaches the truths of God’s Word. She has authored, five other books, A Comprehensive Guide for Watchmen and Workbook, and Hiding and Abiding in His Presence, Boots on the Ground, and Travailing in the Spirit.

Rev. Freda Wiggins is Co-founder of His Dream Fulfilled Center, where people of all nationalities and faiths are welcome to seek wholeness and deepen their relationship with God (2 Chronicles 7:14). 

She is an activist for young people. She desires to encourage the next generation on how to apply the Word of God to their lives.

Dr. Freda Wiggins resides in Port Hueneme with her loving husband, Eli Wiggins. She has two grown daughters, eight grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
